What Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you create an account or interact with our Services, you may provide your name, email address, and phone number. We do not collect sensitive personal information — no financial data, health data, or government IDs. Everything you provide must be accurate; please let us know if anything changes.

Information collected automatically

When you use our platform, our servers collect certain technical data. This does not identify you personally but helps us keep things running securely:

• Log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, features used, timestamps, and crash reports
• Device data — device type, operating system, hardware model, and internet service provider
• Location data — approximate location inferred from your IP address. You can disable this in your device settings, though some features may be affected

How We Use Your Information

We process your data for clearly defined purposes only:

• Account management — to create, authenticate, and maintain your account
• Pick alerts and platform communications — to send you real-time notifications when new picks drop, and to deliver track record updates and account-related messages
• Platform security and fraud prevention — to detect and address abuse, bugs, or unauthorized access
• Legal compliance — to meet our obligations under applicable law
• Vital interests — in rare cases where processing is necessary to protect someone's safety

Legal Bases for Processing

EU, UK, and Switzerland

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases: consent (where you have given us explicit permission — you can withdraw at any time); contract performance (to deliver the Services you signed up for); legal obligations (where processing is required by law); and vital interests (in genuine safety emergencies).

Canada

We rely on your express or implied consent, which you may withdraw at any time. In limited circumstances, applicable law permits processing without consent — for example, for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

When and With Whom We Share Your Information

The only situation in which your information may be shared is a business transfer — if Golden Line Analytics is acquired, merged, or its assets are sold, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this occurs.

Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our platform references and links to third-party prediction markets and sportsbooks — including Kalshi, Polymarket, FanDuel, DraftKings, and others. These operate under their own privacy policies. We have no control over and take no responsibility for data you share with them directly. Review their policies before registering or trading.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixels) to keep the platform secure, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage patterns. We also work with third-party analytics providers to help improve the experience.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the platform is used. This may include Remarketing and Demographics features. To opt out, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Where applicable under U.S. state law, the use of certain tracking technologies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. See Section 12 to opt out.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your data only as long as your account is active, or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here. When we no longer have a legitimate reason to hold your data, we delete or anonymize it.

Where immediate deletion is not technically possible — for example, data in backup archives — we isolate it from active processing until deletion is feasible.

How We Protect Your Information

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to the personal information we process. That said, no internet transmission or storage system is unconditionally secure. While we work hard to protect your data, transmission to and from our platform is at your own risk. Always access the Services from a secure network.

Minors

Golden Line Analytics is for users aged 18 and over, consistent with legal requirements applicable to prediction market and sports betting-related services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a minor has registered with us, contact admin@goldenlinepicks.com and we will remove the account promptly.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability (where applicable)
• Opt out of automated decision-making (where applicable)

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have unlawfully processed your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Swiss residents may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Unsubscribing from communications

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "STOP" to SMS messages or email us directly. You may still receive transactional messages related to your account after unsubscribing.

Your account

You can update your account information at any time via account settings. To close your account, contact us — we will deactivate or delete it from our active systems. Some records may be retained in archives for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Do-Not-Track Signals

There is currently no legally recognized standard for responding to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals, so we do not respond to them at this time.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia have specific rights under applicable state data protection laws.

Categories A and B are retained indefinitely while your account is open. Category G is retained for the duration of your account.

• The right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of data, or profiling

Submitting a request

Email admin@goldenlinepicks.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authorization.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you may appeal via email. We will respond in writing with an explanation. If the appeal is denied, you may file a complaint with your state attorney general's office.

California "Shine the Light"

California residents may request, once per year at no charge, a list of any personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We have not made any such disclosures in the past 12 months and do not intend to. Submit requests to admin@goldenlinepicks.com.

Updates to This Policy

We will update this policy when necessary to reflect changes in law, our practices, or the Services. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or a direct email. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
